What is Posture Fitness?

Does your daily life, work, or play leave you fatiqued, stiff or in pain?
The research keeps rolling in--establishing a neuromuscular connection and restoring motor control is critical in working with any joint instablility. Spinal vertebra have articulating joints just like the bigger joints of the knee, shoulder and elbow.

Rebecca and Keith create an integrated program specifically designed for you; not a cookie-cutter exercise routine; not a one-size-fits-all philosophy. The PostureFitness coaches are dedicated to helping you correct the imbalances that are keeping you from living a pain free life. We are committed to helping you understand proper biomechanics and regain full range of motion.  We respect your knowledge of your own body, and if one aspect of your routine is not working for you, we'll find another way; a different exercise that fits your needs.
It is new and innovative and might seem a bit unusual to you, but your performance and results will speak for themselves. You owe it to yourself to give us a try.




As Neuromuscular therapists and corrective exercise coaches, we take a very holistic approach to enhancing your health and fitness. Our  nutritional concerns, emphasis on core training, and functional non-machine based exercises may challenge all your preconcevied ideas about diet and training. And perhaps those of some other professionals in the field. But when you compare our results, you'll never go back to your old routines.

And by the way, "core training" is not simply Pilates or Crunches or Kegels. It is much more complex and we will teach you how, why and what to do to get the most 'bang for your buck!' FORM is critical in performing these exercises and we're very skilled at keeping you at your best.
